3. User Accounts

4. Payment Terms

Subscription Pricing

Bookbone operates under a subscription model with a recurring monthly subscription fee of $19.00 USD per month. Billing occurs on the same date each month, corresponding to the date of your initial subscription or the most recent billing date.

Billing and Charges

By subscribing to Bookbone, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate. If your payment method fails, you agree to pay any charges incurred as a result of collection efforts.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will be reflected on your next billing date. Your continued use of the service after notice of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Bookbone subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at support@readnext.co. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the current billing period expires, your account will be downgraded to a free tier with limited functionality if available, or you will lose access to the service.

Cancellation is effective immediately upon request, though you retain access until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Refund Policy

Bookbone operates a strict non-refundable subscription model. Once payment has been processed, subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, with the following exceptions:

• Duplicate billing: If you have been charged twice for the same subscription period due to our system error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge
• Billing disputes: If you dispute a charge within 10 days of the transaction, we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted
• Unauthorized charges: If charges were made without your authorization, refunds will be issued after verification

To request a refund, contact support@readnext.co with documentation of the issue within 30 days of the transaction. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Trial periods, promotional offers, or discounted rates are subject to the same non-refundable policy unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Bookbone and all of its content, features, and functionality including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Bookbone, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bookbone for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit Bookbone content without our prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Bookbone content
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use Bookbone for commercial purposes or to compete with Bookbone
• Rent, lease, loan, or sell access to Bookbone
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Bookbone

Any book titles, author names, cover images, and bibliographic information displayed on Bookbone are property of the respective publishers, authors, or copyright holders. Bookbone displays this information for informational and recommendation purposes only.

User-generated content, including reviews, ratings, and comments, remains the property of the user who created it. By submitting such content to Bookbone, you grant Bookbone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or format.

6. Limitation of Liability
